This equipment uses a single robot in conjunction with 3D vision for un-anchored product grasping, and two AGV carts to achieve automatic loading and unloading of workpieces. The robot then transports the workpieces to the specialized grinding machines A and B for automated grinding, and then sends them via a conveyor belt to the manual grinding platform for fine adjustment. After manual processing, the workpieces are returned to the robot, which then places them onto the AGV discharge cart, forming an automated and manual collaborative closed-loop grinding production line.

This production line is equipped with 3D vision alignment technology, which is combined with robots to complete high-precision grinding operations. Through a 3D scanner, real-time data of the workpiece's shape is collected. Combined with the self-developed 8-degree-of-freedom active guidance software system, the system automatically identifies the deviation between the product model and the actual shape dimensions. The product does not require precise positioning. Relying on the 3D vision real-time alignment function, an appropriate robot grinding program and motion trajectory are automatically generated, significantly reducing the workload of manual debugging.

By equipping with a 3D scanner and our self-developed 8-degree-of-freedom active guiding software system, it can automatically identify the product model, scan the actual image of the product's external dimensions, and automatically generate the polishing program and trajectory for the robot, reducing the workload of manual debugging. At the same time, it can also adjust the polishing cutting amount based on the feedback information to solve the problem of inconsistent workpieces.
